Stress

 

Stress is difficulty with balancing our lives:

 

In the world today, we are spread thin between different areas of life: work, family, friends, household, personal growth, etc.  

It can easily become overwhelming, and we can feel we don't have time for ourselves.

Treatments:

To aid with balancing the different life areas, but still being fulfilled I use following:

Identifying your true values and prioritizing them, learning self-care activities, learning to be more present, learning boundaries such as saying, "no," respectfully, letting go of thoughts that get into ur way, letting go of perfectionism and shame, tying our self-worth to our values rather than to productivity, and time management skills

Ask yourself what will happen if you don't complete that task today? Will the world catch fire? If not, it can wait.
